Observation

1)a) Toxic products (located in the storage room near the handwashing sinks) were not inaccessible to children as required because the storage room was not locked. 1)c) Dish soap mixed with water was in a spray bottle that was not labeled with the name of the product and the word 'poison' or 'toxic'. 3) The storage room across from the handwashing sinks was not locked this morning so it was not inaccessible to children.
